The culmination of the journey
For older school children age 12-16
TINKER VERSE
This is our fourth course program and the culmination of a journey through STEAM education research. Like the Tinker World course, we can offer this program to older students aged 12-16 who are new to the Tinker Labs methodology, however, we recommend that they still attend the Tinker Town or Tinker World course first.
The Tinker Verse program is designed like a functional lab. Taking into account the tools and methods they have used so far, students will make their own prototypes to help them create their own projects and use more advanced technologies to make models and models, all in our modern classrooms. Given the duration of 90 minutes, students will have more time to devote to their own projects.
- The course is held once a week for 90 minutes
- Workbooks contain more encyclopedic knowledge and key concepts
- Workbooks are designed to put students' emphasis on problem solving
- More freedom in creating your own projects and using tools in the laboratory with teacher supervision
- Presentation of own project at Tinker Fair
- Entrepreneurship learning - how to design, create, place and present a product on the market

TINKER VERSE PLUSFor older school children (age 12-16)
This is the last course. There are two slightly different versions of the course – for those who have attended Tinker Town and Tinker World and for those who are new students enrolled in Tinker Verse. The course will continue to deepen the knowledge about STEAM subjects and integration, but will also give students the freedom to design their own projects. We predict that our students will present at least two projects at Tinker Fair. Here, one of the main qualities will be the students’ understanding of working in groups in order to solve problems and bring their project to the final product, but also how to present it to others.
